Mariah brings over two decades of experience as a dynamic businesswoman, transforming raw land into successful developments, investing in commercial properties, and collaborating with national tenants, while Patrick complements her expertise with a forward-thinking approach to operations, business development, and strategic investment. Together, they have led successful ventures, guided expansion across multiple industries, and cultivated partnerships where their combined capital, insight, and leadership continue to drive long-term success and create meaningful impact in the communities they serve.
With a dynamic career spanning over two decades, Mariah has established herself as a business woman in the real estate, construction and investment industries. A visionary entrepreneur and strategic problem-solver, she has invested in commercial properties, collaborated with national tenants, and transformed raw land into thriving developments. Her portfolio includes rental property acquisitions, commercial construction and infrastructure build; Along with partnerships in business ventures, where her capital and strategic guidance have propelled expansion and success.
Patrick Castillo is a U.S. military veteran who, following an injury sustained during service, transitioned into the medical contracting field where he supported critical operational needs with precision and reliability. Building on his leadership experience and technical expertise, he established Four Sight Design Development LLC. After meeting his wife, Mariah, they combined their skills to expand into TCI Construct and medical construction. Patrick now serves as a project manager for TCI Construction LLC, where he oversees complex projects with a strong emphasis on efficiency, accountability, and exceptional execution. His career reflects resilience, disciplined leadership, and a steadfast commitment to delivering results in demanding environments.
